Moree BMX CLUB
WHAT IS BMX
BMX is one of the fastest growing elite olympic sports in Australia. It is one of the only sports where total family participation can take place.
BMX racing is a fun exciting family sport which can be enjoyed by people ranging from 3 years of age through to over 65s.
Come down and talk to former Australian representative BMX racer Chris Poole and find out about Moree's newest sport - BMX.
We meet fortnightly at the Moree BMX Track which is behind Moree Public School.
If you are unavailable to come and have a look into the exciting world of BMX Racing you can email Chris or call and leave a message on 0406 050 655.
Any 20 inch or 24 inch (cruiser) BMX bike will be fine. Remove any mudguards, chain guards, kick-stand, pegs and reflectors, for the safety of yourself and other riders. Ensure that there are no sharp edges on your handlebars (i.e. No torn grips with exposed metal) or pedals, etc. You need a rear hand brake that works. One of the Officials will check your bike for you and help with any minor adjustments.
