REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All players must register on line with Hockey NSW (including paying of fee to Hockey NSW) by the commencement of the first game.

Fill in your required information to register and payment details as per fees above.

MOREE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION FEES

Moree Hockey Association fee can be given to team captains or paid direct into Regional Australia Bank BSB: 932-000   AC:  653 835 (reference your name) and paid before the third game.

Every registered player are to complete and sign a Disclaimer, Emergency Information and Code of Conduct form.  (Team captains will have paperwork or contact [email protected] to obtain).
