Annual General Meeting to be held in the Barbeque Area of the Moree Services Club, Albert Street, Moree on 9am (sharp) on Saturday 19 August 2023. Menu - Direct order from Moree Bistro menu Attendance Record - As per the motion AGM 2018 - A maximum of two representatives from each sporting body, along with their partners be invited to attend the AGM Dinner. The representative/s must have attended 55% of the sport committee meetings ie: 6 out of 11 starting from the first meeting after the AGM until the AGM the following year (ie: September to August). In the case where there has been a rotation or different representative each month from a sporting body, one member and their partner may attend to represent the sporting body. Members of the Executive, Directors and Life Members are exempt from this rule. Dress Code - You must meet the Services Club dress-code |
